NERVI is not responsible for the payment of taxes and customs duties of the destination country, which in any case must be paid by the client.
NERVI cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
In the event of an exchange or return of any product that has been subjected to customs taxes or duties, NERVI will not be responsible for the refund or claim of such taxes or duties.
NERVI does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the client being false, inaccurate or incomplete, or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for such effect, such as the absence of the client or the retention of the order for any reason (customs etc …).
NERVI reserves the right to modify the shipping costs or free conditions offered on its website.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

1. Request the exchange and / or refund by email within a period not exceeding 15 days after the date of receipt of the product, indicating the order reference number, the description of the products to be exchanged and / or returned and the reason for the change and / or return.

2. Items must be returned in their original condition, along with any accessories related to them, and cannot be used, washed or damaged and with their original tags and bags. In case of deterioration of the product, it will not be returned.

3. Send the article, within a maximum period of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product, together with the delivery note and, where appropriate, the invoice issued by NERVI to the following address:

Shipping costs for exchanges and / or returns must be paid by the customer.
Until we receive the items in our warehouse they are under the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you send us the items by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of shipment.
In the event that NERVI mistakenly sends an item other than the one requested or the items sent are defective, NERVI will assume the total cost of the shipment for its exchange and / or return.
In the case of special promotions, where shipping costs are offered free, the customer must also bear the transport costs of the change and / or return.
NERVI will not accept in any case returns sent postage due.

4. When we receive the garments and once the exchange and / or return have been approved, NERVI will send the new sizes or models in case of exchange or will make the refund in case of return in the same way as the payment was made within a maximum period of time 10 working days.
